A few helpful details about sending an inquiry and planning your cake with Em's Baked Goodz.
An inquiry is a starting point
Sending the form does not reserve a date or confirm an order. Erika will review your details and follow up within two business days to confirm availability and next steps.
Quotes, deposits, and booking
Your final price depends on the cake size, design, flavor, delivery needs, and any rush service. A date is held only after the quote and agreement are completed and the required 50% deposit has been received and verified.
Changes and cancellations
Changes are subject to availability and must be requested directly with Erika. Design details may vary slightly from inspiration references because each cake is handmade.
Allergies and cake care
Please share accurate allergy information before booking. The customer is responsible for following all storage, transportation, and handling instructions after pickup or delivery.
Photo permission
Photos of the completed cake may be used by Em's Baked Goodz for business promotion and social media.
